The Metallicar Family
SUPERNATURAL is all about Family, and there is a large and ever-growing family of Metallicars, either completed or in various stages of restoration. Here is a short list of Supernatural Impalas that are fully restored as replicas of the Impala(s) seen on the show.

The Darkness Impala – Marquette, Iowa

The Darkness Impala takes after her namesake The Darkness, the total absence of light, the banished Sister Of God. The Darkness makes regular appearances to connect with fans at regional events, conventions, car shows, and Official Creation Supernatural Conventions with 100% of profits from photo ops and merchandise being donated to the charities advocated by the actors on Supernatural. The Darkness was initially restored by Rick Blevins and The Shop in Kansas, but has since been extensively upgraded with new paint, a thumpin’ 383 Stroker V8, and more. The Darkness is owned by Linda Dettbarn.

Built by Rick Blevins and The Shop in Kansas, Venator is a true 4 door hardtop, just like the Winchester boys’ Impala. Venator packs a SBC and TH350, perfect for coast to coast hunting. The Wayward ’67, otherwise known as Rocky, was a labor of love for the Windmassinger Family. Completed in 2016, Rocky features a fully stocked Hunter’s arsenal in the trunk. Yertle, The Supernatural Gremlin – Lawrence, Kansas

So yeah, Yertle isn’t an Impala, but she IS a bona-fide, screen used vehicle: Charlie Bradbury’s Gremlin as seen on Supernatural. Felica Day herself named the 1976 AMC Gremlin “Yertle” because it looks like a yellow turtle. Yertle connects with fans at numerous comic cons, local / regional events, and official Creation Supernatural Conventions. Yertle is owned by Rianna Melton.
